These are less likely to pull at the hair and cause harsh rubbing to the surface of your skin as you move during sleep. You can get them in all sizes and costs vary, for a double duvet cover set including pillow cases, you could pay as little as £10, although some retailers will charge you much more.

You may have seen in magazines and newspapers stories of allergic reactions to shampoos and hair dyes. Whilst it is unlikely that you will suffer a very serious reaction, you might become irritated by a new shampoo or shower gel you use. The products that use abrasive ingredients or chemicals in high numbers might cause a rash or itchiness, however organic and all natural products might cause your skin some sensitivity if you are not used to the ingredients.

Your doctor will be able to identify the cause of your skin irritation if it continues once you have changed all these things mentioned above.
