No a days everyone is obese and this is not healthy. Some people can not help this, but the people that can should try to be more healthy. So when it comes to obese people you should strive to not be like everyone else.

First thing you should think about is your health. You should try to stay as healthy as you can. Studies show that the more you exercise and stay hydrated the more healthy you stay. You should not work out all the time because this is bad for your joints. But working out three times a week at least an hour each time is a good method of staying healthy.

You should remember to stay hydrated when you are working out or if you are out in the heat and sweating. Sweating is not a bad thing because this releases the toxins in your body and this is helps you to stay more healthy. You should also remember to eat right and eat healthy. Do not over indulge and do not eat a bunch of fast food because this is not good for your body.

Beauty can not take you far and honestly can not get you anything. Some people use their beauty to their advantage and I think it is shallow. Not because I am not a beautiful person just because it is over rated. People should not focus so much on beauty when there are so many other wonderful things to focus on.

A lot of people will also use cosmetics for beauty and this covers up flaws. But I personally like the natural look. The way that God intended for you to be. Don’t get me wrong I like to use cosmetics from time to time because it does cover up my flaws and makes me feel somewhat nice, if only for a night or day.

I personally do not wear a bunch of makeup. I kind of think of it like this, if someone does not like me natural then they should not look at me. Although form time to time I like to wear make up because it does make me feel pretty.

Cosmetic surgery is also an option for people who have to money to get it done and believe me, there are millions of people who get it done every year. It does not matter if it is their nose, breasts, forehead or even their butt. They will still get it done because they are all striving to be beautiful.

There are a lot of places you can find perfumes on-line and at department stores. It is usually worth the price you pay as long as you like the smell of it. I prefer more light flower or musky smelling perfume. But everyone is different because we all cant like the same thing then it would be boring.
