Clear skin can only be obtained with a whole lot of discipline and a whole lot of consistency, it is doing the activities day in and day out that you know will produce the results that you are looking to achieve. Most people fail because when they finally start achieving the results they want they stop. Always keeping present that is daily activity prevention the finial and most important ingredient.
