King of The Fruits – The mango takes the title, and rightly so.Its sweet taste is universally appreciated. Originally, the mango tree comes from India and Burma, but already in the sixteenth century had been spread across most of tropical Asia; some had already been brought to Southeast Asia by Buddhist monks in the fourth and fifth centuries, and is now present in all tropical countries including Australia.
The mango is a tropical fruit unrelated to either type of pepper. Peppers grown in various parts of the world are used for making such products as paprika, hot sauces, pickles, and stuffed olives. The mango is indigenous to India and is still grown there. Mango is considered sacred in India.
