The diet of a person can also cause skin problem. Eating junk and fast foods that are rich in sugar and saturated oils can make any person susceptible to pimples. This includes chocolates, chips and burgers.
The pores of the skin can easily clogged up if the skin is too oily. Washing the face at least once per day can prevent the skin from developing pimples.
Lastly, dry skin also helps in the formation of pimples because it can accumulate dead skin cells and block the pores. For this type of skin, people are encouraged to drink plenty of liquid.
